By accessing or using QRly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRly provides a dynamic QR code management platform that allows users to create QR codes with updatable destination URLs. Users can update the destination URL of their QR codes at any time without generating a new QR code.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use QRly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

QRly offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QRly to:

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or any malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

QRly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QRly and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
